Measure the dimensions of the door frame and build a stud wall on the ground to match these dimensions using the 2 by 4 lumber screws and drill.

The photo eye components consist of two pieces that align face to face across each side of the garage door roughly four feet above the ground.
In order to fix this you ll want to make small changes to the close limit setting until the door opener knows to stop once the door has reached the floor.
Plus if a car is already parked in my garage like my wife s car the door won t open.
